Is Space Mountain open yet? How is after the refurb?

Yes, the Space Mountain at Disneyland is WAY better than DisneyWorld. I can't believe it was down that long and that is all they did with it!

I remember there being a space mountain rehab in Cali a couple of years back...did the Disneyland Space Mountain get more of a rehab? My understand was that was a HUGE rehab... i was hoping for something like that.

Well....No matter, I say.

DS age 5 is finally 45 inces tall and is really looking forward to riding. This next trip in Feb. will be a landmark one for him that we will all enjoy!

Its a shame they havent added an inversion like DLRP - I personally hate the ride because it so jerky but an inversion adds a bit of fun to it. It was closed when we were there last year, dont know if we will bother with it this time.
