Trying to decide if I should keep my free dining for 9-21 thru 9-30 which is flying in friday and leaving sunday or change for leaving 9-22 saturday and returning 10-1 on monday.Which do you think will be cheaper days to fly?

In general, I have found better prices on SWA Mon.-Thurs., with occasionally cheaper Sat. flights. SWA is somewhat whimsical, so you never know. The one thing that might be a factor is that travel on Sat and Mon is usually less crowded than Fri and Sun, especially from the northeast.
Have a great time whenever you go!:thumbsup2

I would definitely say the fares would be a bit cheaper for the Sat/Mon option. If you could swing it, you'd save even more money on the airfare if you stayed one more day and flew back on Tues because the cheapest fares tend to be on Sat/Tues/Wed.

I find that the cheapest fares are tues, wed and thurs. This is why i changed my travel dates to midweek. I know that some people don't have that option. I think that fri, sat and sun and Mon would have comparable rates.

I was going to type the exact same thing. We have a better fare for our Tuesday return than our Sunday departure (and we were open to departing on a Friday or Saturday if either one was less, but they were not).

Probably depends if you have a lot of business travelers and also time of the year. We're going in the summer, so already lots more pleasure than business travelers, compounded by our location (Hartford, Bradley) which isn't a big business hub. I know when we went to WDW last May, everyday of the week was the same and all were low ($69 each way, which is way better than the $99-$117 we're paying now per person each way).

From BUF, I have found Sat/Mon would be the best option.

Last fall, we managed to get $39 to MCO on Sat and $34 for the return on Thursday with Ding. :goodvibes

I was just wondering the same thing. I thought that it was more expensive to leave on SAturday. Yeah. I got free dining, Saturday through Tuesday. Yeah!
