i think for me the only ride I would two hours for is EE and that would be only after all th fastpasses are gone.

If it is your first time and each time you tried it was 2 hours, then yes. It is worth the experience.
If a repeat, then no. I would attempt to ride it every visit though, it is a great ride.

Have this thing about wanting to try everything. Can't handle the thought of having the opportunity and not utilizing it. Live life, no regrets.

The only way you are getting me into a 2 hour line is if you tell me that there is no FP and the attraction is being demolished the next day to never return. ;)

With Soarin' I'm not sure even THAT would get me to wait that long for this attraction.

I voted yes. It's a great ride...but mostly, I have only been to WDW once since FP was introduced. Back when I was a teenager in the 90's my family went to WDW during spring break and sometimes that also just happened to fall on Easter week...so for me, a trip to WDW means big crowds and looooong lines. I don't mind them...it's all part of it. I've struck up some of the best conversations with some good people while waiting in lines! Now, would I wait that for every ride? Nope...Soarin' just happens to be a must-do for me nowadays. :thumbsup2

No,nothing to me is worth a 2 hour wait. 20 minutes of waiting is about my max! As someone else said, go early or FP it.

Allyson :)

My Rule of Thumb is no waits longer than ten times the length of the ride. Four minute ride = 40 minute wait, max. I've walked away when the line exceeded that length - which is like first thing in the morning. Get that FastPass and go see Honey I Shrunk the Audience.

no ride is worth a two hour wait. yes, soarin is one of favorite disney attractions and a great time but it just is not worth standing in line waiting that long for. last trip we waited an hour for soarin but that honsetly is the longest i would wait for anything.

just my opinion.

The first time we rode it, we absolutely loved it and did wait about 1 hr on another occasion because we were leaving the next day... but this last time we weren't as thrilled- the film was a little blurry, it wasn't as clear as it used to be.
:tink:

I went on Soarin' for the first time last week and loved it, but I still wouldn't wait two hours in line to ride it. I couldn't stand in line that long....

If FP didn't exist, it's most definitely worth the 2 hour wait.

But you really should find an alternate way than waiting 2 hours (get there early or use FP).

Breaking the ride down to a simple description. Sitting in a swing, in front of a movie screen, with orange air freshner..........hmmmmm.........no I wouldn't wait.

Now it is a cool ride, especially that first time, but even then I wouldn't wait 2 hours for it. I might wait an hour for it, the first time. I would not the second time. There is so much to do in EPCOT that I could do in those 2 hours. If I couldn't get fast pass, I would probably return during Illuminations, towards closing or come back first thing in an AM before another park.......if I had to do it.

I'd never wait two hours! But I also make sure to go in September, early December or late April where the crowds are never busy anyway. I hate waiting in line and to me, NO RIDE is worth a 2 hour wait.

We were extremely lucky & got FP to ride Soarin' 3x during our trip-front row each time too!:goodvibes

I have to say this ride was like a drug and I definately got addicted-it was an amazing rush and sensory experience! If FP was not an option, I am ashamed to say that I would wait the two hours to get my "fix"

Do I need to join SAA (Soarin' Addicts Anonymous)?? :rotfl2:
