Pop has been open for a long time, along with the skyliner.

But you can't go to resort hop right now, so this might not go as planned.

I did the scavenger hunt back in January when I was staying at Riviera.
I don't know if Pop/AoA skyliner leg is operating or not.
However, there is more than 1 hunt available, and the one I did only needed use of the Epcot line.
I have no idea if they are even offering it now as many amenities are currently cancelled.

Again, the skyliner is running to Pop, but you can't resort hop right now.

So, no it is not "completely shut." But an activity that takes you into another resort is not likely to be possible.

Pop is open. Not sure when AoA is opening but I think it’s soon.

Yes, two nights two weeks ago, third party booking site, transferred reservation from closed All Stars Sports.

All DVC plus YC, CR, CBR and POP are open. GF opens on 9/21, CSR is scheduled for 10/14 and AOA has a planned reopening date of 11/01.
