We stayed at CBR last year and decided to try Shutters because it was raining and we didn't want to get out again. I was prepared for a so-so meal and was pleasantly surprised. Our group of 9 had just about everything on the menu and all agreed their food was excellent. The prime rib was supurb, and my daughter still raves about their key lime pie.
Here's a link where you can read all the WDW menus:
I am in the western area too, but about an hour away from Boston, the Fitchburg/Leominster area.....I actually had some friends go to college in North Adams so I have been up your way before....it must be pretty this time of year over there.....
So the food was decent.....good, we will probably be eating there our first night when we arrive, we'll want to check out the pools and then just chill at the restaraunt.....
My family really likes it. We've never even stayed at CBR(never been able to catch it with an AP discount), but we've eaten at Shutters 4 or more times. We like to eat there late at night, it has always been quiet then (in our experience); it's a nice way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks. The food is also good.
