Is Satuli beef rare?

In every picture I see of the Satuli restaurant it seems like the beef is REALLY rare. I’m the type of person that asks for my steaks to be well done. Is the beef really that lightly grilled or is it another type of cooking process?

Mine has usually been a mix of rare and medium. I believe you can ask them to cook it well done though.

What we have had is definitely on the rare side, similar to roast beef and delicious. Though I'd imagine you could ask for it to be cooked more well done.

Ours was rare side like roast beef. The meal was wholly unremarkable.

We were there a few weeks ago and it looked hit or miss. Most people were walking way with it pretty rare on their plates, I saw 1 where it looked well done so not sure if they asked for it that way.
