Is row 1 or 3 better for Soarin'? One w/o seeing feet?

I think a Soarin Over the East Coast would be awesome: Come in on the coast of Maine, hit Beantown, Martha Vineyard, Newport, Soarin down 5th Ave, over DC, coast of Carolinas, Charleston, Savannah, down the east coast of FL, the Cape, and then onto to WDW. Gives me goose bumps.
