OK, I talked to the Concierge desk today at Ron Jon and was told there is a $5 per person, one way charge for the shuttle. The shuttle holds 12 people.

Just switched to RonJon's from the Marriott-got the 97.50 studio with the 102 code. I think the kids will love the option of hanging a the pool, which is a great way to start the vacation.

Anyone know what laundry facilities are like at Ron Jon's? Wondering if each unit has washer/dryer, or just a common laundry room for whole resort?

All rooms have their own washer/dryer EXCEPT studios. There are no other laundry facilities on site.

RonJon has a studio available for us even though it's just one week away. Code 102 works , thanks for that tip. Shuttle will run our family of 4 $20 one way. Would a taxi be cheaper and still as reliable? Anyone find out the pool hours? TIA </font>

I just tried to call the 1-888-933-3030 number to check rates and had to leave a message. Does that seem right? Is there a different number? If they call back I will ask about pool hours as I want to know also.

A very nice girl just returned my call. The pool is open until 10 and the lazy river/water slide closes at dark. A 2 bedroom with code 102 is $168.75. I think that is a great price!!!

That sounds like a great deal. I will have to hear what people have to say about that place before we book our trip.

How far in advance are people booking? And when you call them, do you just say that your looking for a room for just one night? I hear $20 for family of 4 from airport. Is it the same to have them take you to the port?

staying at ron jon's 6/18--booked with $139 for studio, called back and used the code and she discounted it to $97.50!
