Is rocking coaster like hulk at universal?

Yes, it has a rocket start like the Hulk.

Yes and no ... The Hulk is a upwards start that is propelled by a series of rollers along the track. Rock n Roller Coaster is a horizontal start that is propelled by a series of very strong magnets.

I think Hulk is much faster -- and smoother too. Although I don't consider RnRC rough. (Can be a little more so when sitting in the back.)

RnR has a much much faster acceleration than the Hulk.
