Is Ringing for adr's different from online?

I have a reservation for a Crystal Palace lunch and would love to swap it for a breakfast in November but of course there is no availability online. Would it be any different if I rang?

While the phone CMs can't make a reservation appear if it doesn't exist, sometimes they can open the schedule up in their system in a broader way and may see something you've missed.

No, the reservations available will not be different if you call.

My suggestion is to just keep checking daily online, and/or trying to see if there is availability for less people such as booking a table for 4 and 2 if you have a party of 6 for example.
