Is rider switch available for RotR?

Getting conflicting info as to whether or not rider switch is available for rise. WDW website on rider switch doesn’t list it as one of the rides offering it, but other google searches and strategies for riding it do. Can anyone confirm that rider switch isn’t available? Have a trip next month with friends who are planning to rope drop HS, we may join them if we can rider switch. If not, we’ll just come to the park a little bit later.

Yes, we did it in September. The set up was near the LL entrance - but that was before LL and all the crowds, so that could have been moved.

I was able to do rider swap the first weekend of November. We got to the park early (not resort guests) and were held near Star Tours until opening. There was a castmember with an ipad at the area where both the standby and lightning lane entrances. She set us up on swap, and I went on to Toy Story land with my 2 year old.

We were told in the ROTR queue that the wait was 70 minutes, but my husband and kids were off of the ride within 60 minutes.

We did Rider Switch on Rise in early september, except we were already there in the queue area, by the beginning at the cave part, ran into two cast members who set us up. I went in with my daughter while my wife stayed outside with our son, and about forty minutes later we switched.
