Is Remy still at Chefs de France? If so what are his rounds? Does it happen at lunch?

How do I get the schedule for weeks in advance? I need the schedule for the first week of August or is it basically the same schedule every week? I am making last minute changed to my ADR's because of all the great reviews of Chef's and would love for my son to see Remy. He loves that movie!

You can't see the schedule weeks in advance. You can only see the current schedule. You should note that the schedule has not changed since Remy started going around the tables at Chefs two years ago. That doesn't mean it will never change in the future.

Make your reservation in enough time to get seated, because if you're not at your table when Remy makes his rounds you will miss him. It's also considered best not to have your son anticipate Remy's visit -because sometimes he breaks down and doesn't come out at all.

2) The food is nothing to rave about.
3) Plus, Renm is NOT guaranteed, even during scheduled times.
4) He frequently does not appear.

. . . the cart makes one trip around the eatery
. . . you must wait until he comes to your table *
. . . you cannot get up and go over to him, handlers make sure of this
. . . if you miss him, he does not make a second trip
. . . you must wait for the next scheduled time
. . . if your ADR is near a scheduled time, be early
. . . you may not be seated on time, and will miss him
. . . you might be in line waiting for a table when he appears
. . . if so, you wait for the next scheduled trip

* If people gathered around the cart, it would clog the aisles. Also,
guests might be pressing their shorts and clothes against other guest's
tabletop and food (eewe, yuck, gross). Also, he is a temperamental little
critter, and occasionally does not appear at all, and with NO PRIOR NOTICE,
so use caution when promising him to little ones to avoid disappointment
