We've been at WDW for Easter twice within the past three years. We rarely have a PS in advance (except for the Victoria & Albert's, the Luau, and the Hoop-Dee-Doo) since we never plan in advance what theme parks we'll be doing when. We try to eat either before or after the normal rush hours for lunch and/or dinner, and that works out perfectly. Plus, if we are in a theme park early and we know where we'd like to dine for lunch or dinner, we call WDW-DINE and make our PS right then & there on the spot. It's always quicker to do it that way than it is to walk over to the restaurant to try to make them. Also, you can reach WDW-DINE for free from any of the pay phones found on Disney property. I think you dial "*88" (the exact number is stated on the pay phone, but I think that was what I dialed last month). By the way, I used this same system last Christmas / New Year's. It worked beautifully.
