Is Princess Aurora always at the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall ?

I have a lunch booked at this character meal in Norway. Anyways I would like to have Sleeping Beauty sign my Sleeping Beauty dvd while I am at this character meal. Is Briar Rose always at the character meal in Norway ?

Unfortunately, characters are never guaranteed.

Aurora was at both of the PSB meals we attended though.

Given that Sleeping Beauty is my favorite Disney film, I thought long and hard about doing a meal at Akershus since the ambience sounded cool and the two characters I really want to get my picture with are her and Mickey. Afte reading these boards and researching assorted character meet and greets, I decided against the meal since it's no guarantee that Aurora will be there, and there are other places in MK and EPCOT where you can find her. If Aurora's not at Akershus, you can also find her at the Judges Tent in Mickey's Toontown and at France in EPCOT. From all that I've read, she's pretty easy to find. You may have the schedule time to do so, but it can be done. Most of the posts of people who have eaten at Akershus have had her there, but there have been some who didn't see her. Now, what Disneyland needs to do is give Aurora her own meal there since it's her castle at that park.

As a previous poster stated the characters are not guaranteed. We went there for lunch in November and saw Cinderella, Alice In Wonderland, Jasmine, Belle and Ariel. But not Sleeping Beauty. I would take the DVD. From what others have said though, it sounds like there is a good chance you might see her.

I had breakfast there in January. Aurora was not there. We had Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Belle, Jasmine, and Snow White. The princess room at toontown has 3 princesses. Cinderella and Snow White are always there with the 3rd one a surprise, we had Belle. I have seen Aurora in France on other trips. For my dd5 seeing Mula and Mushu in China was her favorite.

You can go over to Toon Town in MK at the tent to see her. Just check the sign at the beginning of the line too see which princess is inside.

This sign/nor the CM at the beginning of the line is not always correct at Toontown. We were there two weeks ago, and decided to do the "Princess" line as they told us Cinderella was there, so we stood in a pretty lengthy line, with another little girl whose father had left dinner with her to see Cinderella, as they were told by the CM at the restaurat that she was there... and low and behold, when we got in there it was Jasmine, Princess Aurora, and Sleeping Beauty, all of who we had seen at the PSB, but Jasmine had on her "coat" so at least the pic is a little different! For us not a big deal, but the little "Princess" behind us in line was quite upset, as was her hungry father!!!

She was before the changes to CRT. We saw her at breakfast & lunch. Again, no character is ever guaranteed.

I haven't read up on the new CRT changes though.

When we attended CRT in WDW last year Cinderella, Aurora (my fav princesses), Mary Popping, Belle, and Snow White were ALL there!

When I talked to the Chef he told me that for lunch Aurora will be there unless she calls out sick

We did the Princess Storybook lunch and the princesses were Ariel w/legs, Belle, Mulan, Aurora, and jasmine. We were really excited b/c DD loves Aurora and dressed up in her costume for the day. But when we walked in our waitress said that they didn't even know what princesses would be there until they walked out. Apparently there is a princess coordinator that sets it all up. I was hoping to see Cinderella too--but we were happy as clams that Aurora was there-and the food was also excellent!

She does appear at PSB sometimes - she was at the dinner we attended in Sept.
