Is Philharmagic open?

I hope i am feeling sick for no reason, but i have just been reading that work is going to be done on Fantasyland?

Is Philharmagic in this part? and if so will it be open in September?

This is our most favourite thing in all the parks, so i hope i have got the wrong end of the stick

Philharmagic is in Fantasyland but I just found this on Allears.net:

During this expansion, classic Fantasyland attractions, including "it's a small world," Peter Pan's Flight, Mickey's PhilharMagic, Snow White's Scary Adventures, Cinderella's Golden Carrousel, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and Mad Tea Party, will remain open, except during any rehabs that may be scheduled.

I can't see any scheduled rehabs for Philharmagic this year so it looks like you should be OK.

The main part of the Fantasyland expansion is beyond the existing Fantasyland and were Toon Town was.

Snow White and Dumbo will be both be closing at some point as they are part of the plans - everything else will be open unless it is a regular rehab.
