I can't for the life of me find the banking link on the DVC Member Website. I have three different membership profiles on one login, and when I click "manage vacation points" on the one I want to manage, it points to a different membership. That membership doesn't have any points to bank, so there's no link, of course; but the one I want to manage does, but I can't get to that page! What gives?

So you're clicking on manage vacation points from the upper area on the Dashboard? That takes me right to the page that has all the detail for both my memberships (UY's) and all the individual contract links and the banking link is also there for both memberships.

No banking links on that page for me. If I click on "manage points" on any individual contract, it takes me to the default contract, not the one I clicked on. Frustrating.

The page and link look exactly the same for me as they have for a number of years - is it the same for you or are you getting a different page linked? It is laid out like this and you can see the banking link down below the last individually listed contract.

Member ID Number

It's changed with the new website layout. At least on the "Dashboard." Once I click on something, it looks like the old "my points" page, except it's the wrong contract!

The info I posted above actually kept a link to banking and should ask for your log-in. Maybe that would work for you.

I assuming you have three use years and thus three membership numbers. I have two use years and thus two member numbers. When I open My Dashboard, the point status of my original member number/use year is shown at the top, open so that you can click Manage Vacation Points, and the second member number is shown on a line just below that but not open. It can be opened to bring up points status and the Manage Vacation Points. But that is not even necessary for me. If I click on Manage Vacation Points for the top member number(or either member number) on the page, it takes me to a page that shows the contracts for both of my member numbers/use years (always showing the member number for my first DVC purchase at the top and then the other one below that) and I can proceed with banking any particular use year from there, except that the banking icon for a particular member number will not be shown if either (a) I am beyond the banking date for the current use year; or (b) there are no poiints left to bank in the current use year. If all three of your use years are not showing up on the page after you click Manage Vacation Points, then you have an issue that the rest of us do not have, meaning there is something wrong with your particular account.

No dice.

Yes, I have three UYs (contracts) on My Dashboard. But it's only allowing me to see the detail of one of my contracts (one that has no points to bank, so that's probably why the "bank points" link isn't there - on that contract), and not the other two.

I've never had a problem like this before; always done banking online. Maybe the redesigned website has a glitch?
