I've only stayed there once and it was a decent experience overall. The bad part was mostly just really bad luck. One of the main water switch valvy things broke and so they had to shut down water to our building. They had to test run the water in either our room or the room above us (we were the only ones that could be "tests" and the room above us had 3 young kids already sleeping, so we volunteered), but the water came out sludgy (silt that got in while they replaced the valve) and got all over everything. We didn't have clean water for 6 hours and when we did, the sludge had clogged all the faucets and the showerhead. We had to shower at the pool because they actually broke the showerhead (the pipe) when they tried to replace it, so you couldn't use the shower. But they credited our room $100, so we ate very well that night at Le Cellier on Disney.
But the rooms were very spacious. We were right near Hospitality House (behind it, really...across the lake/canal and road). We were also right next to a bus stop.
