Hi, I'm new to this forum, so hi everybody. Anyway, I'm a hige Disney fan and I always seem to go when Disneyworld isn't crowded. This year I hope will follow the same pattern; I'm going from Jan. 11-18. PLEASE tell me it wont be crowded.

Hi! Welcome to the DlS!! :disrocks: I was there in January 2004 and there were very little crowds. It was great, I never saw it like that because we usually go at Easter :crowded: . Of course the only downfall to this is that the parks close earlier and more rehabs seem to be going on and of course the weather is unpredictable :cold: . But if it is minimal crowds you are looking for then this should be a good time to go!! :daisy:  :daisy:

I went from Nov. 18-23 2002, and the crowds were gone, it was awesome, and I'm really hoping to have the same experience this January, but I saw a lot of people on this forum are going in January, is that cause it's not crowded or what??

I hate to be picky, but the people I've been going with don't mind crowds, but I CAN'T STAND CROWDS!! I just want to be able to just walk on at least a couple rides, maybe like a 10 minute wait for space mountain??? I dunno, I just hope it's not crowded.

January is pretty empty once you get past New Year's weekend.

Enjoy!

Bob

I do think it's well timed. We'll also be there from Jan. 12th - 23rd. We've gone every January since 2001 and the crowds are usually small. That being said it will be busy over the MLK weekend. I would expect large crowds at MK and MGM, since Epcot is bigger the crowds don't seem as bad. Enjoy. see ya there. Maine :firefight

Okay, dates have been changed, I'm now going from 1/6-1/13, so are the crowds going to be gone from the New Year's deal?? I HOPE SO!!!

Don't know anything about Jan personally.

Just wanted to say.........Welcome to the Dis.

Thanks, this is the nicest forum I've ever been to, everyone else on every other forum is so mean, they always are surly and are reluctant to answer my questions. But everyone is nice here, I love it here!!

EDIT: Other forum sites*
