Is My Points getting better?

Is it just me, or are we getting more Bonus Emails from My Points?

I cashed out back when there was a scare about them going under, and I already have enough points to do another $5 cashout again.

Doesn't it seem like it's better, not worse? Or are these holidays just making me think time's going by faster!

It seems to me in years past, emails are always great around the holidays, but this year we are not seeing Max at all. I miss Max.

Have you gone into the new MyPoints site & updated all of your preferences & profiles? Once I did that, the emails started pouring in - recently, I've been getting up to 7 or 8 emails per day.

I actually feel like my shopping points are showing up more quickly, and since the changeover, I have not had to email them to request points once.

Darn, I'm going to have to send an email. I got points for a recent purchase right away but not points for purchases around 6 weeks ago.

It's hit and miss whether I get points for my shopping. With the holidays, I've done a lot more shopping through them, but have only gotton points for about 30% of my purchases. I've emailed them twice, but no luck. They are really very frustrating to me.

I seem to get points right away if I purchase through their website. When I try to purchase through an e-mail that they send, I always have to fight to get my points.

On the last Dell Bonus Mail, I ordered 3 laptops on 3 different days each over $500. I should have received 3,000 points for each purchase. I even e-mailed and called MyPoints to make sure I could use the same e-mail to purchase multiple laptops and they said yes.

Well...they credited one of them for me and I've been waiting for 3 weeks....e-mailing them once per week....about the other 2 transactions. No word yet.

In the meantime, I purchased $300+ worth of office supplies for my office here and received the points right away.

I really only use MyPoints for Dell and Office Depot purchases. They offer excellent deals on these two vendors. I order around $400+ in office supplies every other month for my office and receive 4,000 points which is the equivalent of a $25 WebCertificate every other month.

Update: I have placed 5 orders w/MyPoints...the three I have not received the points for were at the end of October so I emailed on those (the click-thrus do show up on my account statement so at least they can see I went through them to the site). The two I placed at the end of November I already have credit for. One of them, BestBuy.com, I had two orders, one I've got points for (the recent) and one I haven't (the October order). I guess something happened at the end of October.

Keeping my fingers crossed for those points!

Well, I'm getting plenty of bonus emails, but the cupboard is pretty bare at MyPoints. A huge number of the rewards are "temporarily out of stock."

I'm getting my points for shopping and reading my email but when I've tried to redeem points the site isn't showing me how many points I need to redeem for gift cert.'s.
Anyone else having this problem or is it just me.
