I did a google search looking for coupons and I found some forums which discussed the website Mr. Rebates (www.mrrebates.com) which apparently gives you rebates for shopping at various online stores. I know you have to accumulate a certain balance before you transfer the money to your paypal account.

Has anyone used this website and if so, is it reliable?

I was planning to order tickets on Stubhub and it looks like Mr. Rebates gives you a 6% rebate.

I also saw some people talking about www.evreward.com which tells you which sites give you the best cash rebates, points, or frequent flier miles when you enter an online store you want to shop in. Any feedback on this site would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I've not used them personally, but I have heard they are legit. Also check out ebates.com and cashbaq.com. I have used both of those without issue.

I believe all of them have referral programs. I know ebates does.

If you shop mostly at one "store" - this site tells you the best reward site cash back. Or if you are a member of several reward programs, you can easily check for the highest pay out.

I have not used any of the programs you mentioned, so I can't help with that.
