Is Mickey's PhilmarMagic still scheduled to open in Oct????

I read on a recent thread that this attraction is now delayed until Dec. Can anyone else confirm this??? What is the delay? I am heading down in mid-November and was just curious.

Passholder previews are in late September... given that, it would be extremely strange if they didn't open it to the public by October.
