Is Mickey at Tusker House?

My ADR window opens Wed. (yay!) and trying to finalize my list. I realized this weekend that my 2yo daughter loves Mickey and it suddenly dawned on me he may not be at either of the two Character Meals I have planned. Right now I want to do lunch at Crystal Palace and breakfast at Tusker House. I know CP is pooh and friends so I don't imagine Mickey will show up there. Any chance he shows up at Donald's breakfast safari? Who else makes an appearance there?

Other characters my kids are into are those from Cars, Toy Story and Wall-E. I doubt any of those show up for any character meals, right?
