Is Mears cheaper that a towncar for 4?

I thought I remember seeing that a towncar is cheaper if you have 4 or more people than Mears. I know how much a towncar costs but does anybody know how much mears costs for a roundtrip. I also know that I want to go the towncar route but I'm trying to convince my friend who is very concerned with saving money.
