Did you try calling their tech dept?
Also, what is your log in? A user name or an email address?
I had a weird situation in that a few months ago, when they did their last change to accounts, I had to go from using an email account to using a username. When most everyone else was the other way around. If I logged in with my email address I had no friends/family, no tickets, no ADR, no FP, nothing. But if I use the username (that came from the Movie account) I saw everything.
That worked till Saturday. Then the username showed nothing and I tried my email and sure enough, everything was back. It still works only with the email address.
Wacky for sure.
