Is Marrakesh for Picky Eaters

Again I'm meat and potatoes and the kids are pretty picky also....but the reviews looked really fun here....anyone have any suggestions....Thanks in advance

The food isn't spicey or hot, but it doesnhave some unusual flavors. We love it, but if your kids (or you) are hesitant to try "wierd" things, you might want to stick to something else. I honestly don't think of it as being all that strange, but we tend to be really adventurous eaters.

My kids are not that adventurous and they loved the shish kebab. The beef was very tender and it was really good. We brought my BIL along and he is a meat a potatoes kind of guy and he really liked the shish kebab too. After the meal he told us he was thinking of backing out because he was afraid of what the food was like, but he was gald he tried it.

I have been a few times and love it. I brought Dad on a couple occaisions and he loves it. I like the Chicken brochettes(white meat kababs) and beef Kababs as well as the beef brewat rolls, rice and cous cous. My sister is fairly picky but still adventureous so I brought her and Mom. Mom is really unadventurous and picky. Mom ordered the chicken bastilla (a minced chicken and almond in pastry item) and she ate it slowly saying it was okay. Sister ordered the chicken brochetes rice, cous cous and beef brewat rolls. The only think she liked was the beef roll. I was sure she would like the white meat chicken but I guess the spices turned her off.
It can be iffy bringing new people. You may find your kids love the chicken and beef or they may not.
Then there is the more exotic items! Thats what Dad always goes for.
