Will Le Cellier be appropriate for my 8 & 9 year old DDs'?? They like steak and noticed it on the kids menu. Thanks for the help!

We took our 2 and 4 year old at the time to Le Cellier and they loved it! There were lots of families there.

No No No....it is not a children's restaurant.

All joking aside and that being said, the should love the steak. I prefer the prime rib, but the steaks are verrynice. The bread is wonderful.

As far as I can tell, all of the WDW restaurants, except maybe California Grill and Vikki and Al's are children friendly (and there were kids at the CG).

I really am exited that I got this ressie but, I just want them to enjoy the atmosphere/food. I was debating on trying to switch to Ohana. I hope it does work for us.

Yes, we have seen children there every time we have been there. Hurry and make your reservation because it can be hard to get in (depending on the time of year you are going).

My boys - 8 and 11 - loved Le Cellier in December. In fact, they keep asking when we can go back and if I can find them some pretzel bread in California!

Definitly make the reservation ASAP! We were there in late January and there were NO tables for stand-bys and could not have gotten a reservation time for another week. This was the OFF season! Everywhere else, we just walked right in, if not, it was only a 15 min. wait at the most. I'm making our reservation as soon as the 180 day mark comes!

Absolutely go to Le Cellier with your girls! It was our favorite restaurant experience anywhere at WDW. But as other posters have warned, you need to call YESTERDAY! It books up crazy fast. We actually did lunch there bc dinner was booked, but it was still delicious (plus a little bit cheaper!), so if they offer that as an option I would go ahead. My DS7 was so excited to have his very own steak off the kid's menu. He was also excited abt eating in such a "fancy" restaurant. And the chocolate "moose" dessert is adorable and delicious.

It's WDW, everything is appropriate for kids! Seriously though, it's true.
Well except for the night clubs.

Don't switch to Ohana, Le Cellier is great.

We were there last June with our then 22 month old, 6 year old niece, 9 year old nephew and 2 year old nephew.

They weren't the least bit out of place, as there were lots of kids there.

We loved Le Cellier! DS loved the bread sticks!

we take my ds6 everywhere we eat...Le Cellier is fantastic. after our first trip there my dh asked me why I hadn't booked that one twice:rotfl: as if I knew we'd like it that much;)

Just got back and went to Le Cellier with our DS4 and DS8 for the second time. It's a nice, cool, dark restaurant to get away from the heat and they have great food! My 2DS love steak and the pretzel bread and cheddar cheese soup are awesome. We could only get reservations for lunch but it was no different for us.

Absolutely, my kids have been going since they were babies and love it here! The pretzel bread and cheese soup is incredible.

And if you dd's love mashed potatoes, Le Cellier's are the best in the world! Worth buying as a side if they don't put them with the kids steak. No garlic, no lumps, no skin, just the creamiest mashed potatoes. My dd10 is the pickiest mashed potato eater ever, and she usually gobbles up the ones with the filet and makes a dent in an extra side as well.
