Is it worth it to go to DL for 2 days?

I already have a cruise booked for next year but am severely vacation deprived and am considering a trip in early November for 3 days. This is contingent on the diagnosis on my ongoing balance problems. And finally getting permission to fly again, although my ears are so moused up that I doubt flying will do much more damage than there already is. Never seen Star Wars land before. So having been to the mouse many times prior to Covid wreaking havoc would 2 days work, or would 3 days be better? Just throwing this out there to see what you guys and gals think...

2 day hoppers so you can hop back to DL once you are done in DCA makes sense. It is pretty impossible to get all the nighttime shows in 2 days, but you can experience quite a lot of the top attractions, especially if you are going to rope-drop and/or stay to park close. I'd say 3 days is quite a bit better though in making things less rushed, so if you can swing it (even for a partial day), I'd go for it!

Thanks for all your replies. I could do a 1/2 day in the parks when I fly in. Then do 2 more days before flying back, providing my Dr will let me fly again. Won't have a diagnosis of the ear issues till the cruise so am looking at the first week of Nov/23. I figure 2 trips in one year will help me unwind enough that I can go back to vacationing every 2 to 3 years. Expensive way to unwind! That and I'm buying the camera of my dreams for the cruise, so I need to go somewhere and use it! Let's hope my Dr will co operate with me. Doubt the ears will.

We're doing 2 full days in August. Staying 3 nights but coming in late-ish the first night. Will do Downtown Disney to get all of our shopping done the first night, then focus on just rides and shows for the next two days. It's totally doable. We plan to do the Genie plus lightning lane thingy to help with getting all the rides in.

What's going on with your ears? Meniere's?

Oh camera of your dreams — definitely try and do that arrival half day, and bring a travel tripod for some fun evening shots in the parks!

Last month we stopped at Disneyland in our way home from Aulani. It was our first time visiting Disneyland (wdw passholders) and were concerned that 2 days was not enough, but it was perfect! We rope dropped both days and was able to ride every ride at Disneyland as well as get an awesome seat for the castle show that night, on day 2 we went to California Adventure and had ridden everything we wanted to (including multiple rides on Guardians) before dinner. We did utilize Genie+ (which in our opinion was lots more user friendly than WDW’s).

Two days is fine as long as you have a parkhopper,Galaxys Edge won't take more than a few hours and you've been to the parks before you know what you can do without if time gets tight

I suspect it is, but I won't know till I see a specialist in Jan/2022. Taking that long to see one to get diagnosed. What I'm dealing with right now is a 20% loss of balance which is looking to be permanent, along with sporadic dizzy and vertigo spells, and the sudden changes in weather gives me headaches, and wreaks havoc on my inner ears. My condition is stable for the moment and my reg doc wants updates every 2 months on my ongoing issues till I see the Specialist. Just want to know why this happened so I have a name for it so I can move on. Still working despite the loss of balance, and am fine so long as I don't stand for any length of time, then I'm a leaf in a strong breeze. I had to cancel and rebook 1 trip for 2023 because my dr grounded me till we find out the source of my problems.
