Is it worth getting a disney visa?

we just booked a trip to wdw and having been reading threads on here about the disney visa, like getting dining for free. just wondering do they only offer that if you charge alot on your visa. also would it be worth it to apply for this card, do you get alot of perks?

Early booking of Specials (usually 3 days before the general public can book the special)
10% of selected WDW tours
Free photo for members at EPCOT
0% financing for 6 months for WDW vacation packages

I think that is about it but it all helps if you are going to WDW anytime in the near future
