WE saw a CM drawing at the bus depot in the morning : we would have liked it better however if instead of drawing ... he would have called for the bus to come : a HUGE crowd had been waiting for the bus to MK for at least half an hour - while OTHER buses passed ... nearly empty ... in a row ...

Who's dancing with me??

I'd love to dance with you! And everyone else who is going so soon! C'mon Kimmar, you have a ride! Just do something crazy and go along with them!

Just a simple question to the Animal Kingdom Lodge Veteran's. We have now reached our official ten days out before arrival. We have pool view reserved, would you do early check in, or wait until you get to the lodge, and hope that you just might receive an unexpected upgrade to a nicer location? This is our first time to visit the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and we just want to do it right. Thanks in advance for all of your help.

I've done online check in, but I dont' know if it speeds up the process. One time we were at OKW and I had requested a HA room when I made my reservation, I did online check in and they gave us a second floor room. The gal set us all up circled the location on the map while we were checking in seated in scooters! I asked her how we would get the scooters up the stairs? Needless to say they were able to make a room change, but not to a HA room. You won't be locked into your choice when you do online check in, but you may not have any little surpises like you are hoping for.

miprender - The prognosis for your MIL is outstanding. And I agree with Brandi about the positive influence of a supportive family. After my husband's catastrophic stroke in January at age 60, we were first told he would not survive. Later came the updates, most of which were very discouraging. Long story, short... he is now walking with a walker and a cane and continues to improve. Being supportive means many things and you may have to push as well as praise her to make certain she recovers all she can. I will keep your whole family in my thoughts!

It is amazing what having supportive people around you can do! And I'm so glad to hear about Bob's continual progress. That's wonderful!

We're staying at Kidani for 2 nights before our cruise in March. And it's truly going to be a 'resort' visit, because we're not even visiting any of the theme parks! The doctors think my MIL should be able to walk again at least with a cane if not on her own. But I think it will still be a long road to recovery.
