Is it too late???

I have reserved 2 rooms at the CR with my AP. My friend won't be going now due to a family emergency and I have to cancel one of the rooms. The glitch is we check in tomorrow on the 21st. Is it too late to cancel or will I be charged? It is a room only ressie.

Call CRO and explain the situation. Disney has always been very generous when an emergency or any unexpected situation comes up.
I have read many posts (and can add my own experience) about Disney giving full refunds even though it is against their written policy.
