Is it too early to start looking to rent points to stay at, BCV or BWV (2 bedrooms)for a week in May of 2006?

Yes, it's a bit early. A member who owns at BWV or BCV can't book until 11 months from the check-out date. All members could book it for you at 7 months out. So, June 2005 is the earliest anyone could make this reservation for you. You could visit the Rent/Trade Board (and this one) over the next year or so and get a feel for who the "regulars" are. It's very important to have trust on both sides of these deals because that's all they are really based upon.
