Is it time to give up on AP rates for Sep?

If I'm not mistaken, the latest AP rates have ever come out is one week before the current rates expire. Since today is the 17th, and the current rates expire the 23rd, does that mean it's time to give up? I called early this morning and I got disconnected after asking if AP rates were available for my dates in Sep (I'm sure it was an accident...) You'd think by now they'd just tell us there will be none.

I think if the 23rd comes and goes then it is time to give up. I don't think they would release them on Sunday because CRO probably has less staffing. I remember I was on hold for about 25 minutes for a PS on a Sunday afternoon earlier this year (thank goodness it was on the DC 800#). Someone heard a guess  from a CRO cm that they may come out on the 22nd, which is Friday.

I'd like to know the story behind the 1 hour "accidental release" on July 30th.

I've already given up hope for October AP rates! I really doubt we are going to see any for the next few months. I hope I'm wrong though. I did get a small discount using my AAA so I'm happy about that.
