Is it that busy next week?16-22feb

I looked at the thread that lists everyones spring break dates and still I am not sure whether it is going to be busy or not next week. My 4yr old daughter broke her arm last weekend so we cancelled the Dis cruise for the surgeons appt, but are considering going next week just to do some parks since she cannot swim with the cast. My only concern is that we go and wait an hour for every ride.

Any insight would be appreciated,

This is our first time going in February. We will be at the park 12-18. Thursday starts peak season, so I'm assuming the parks start to get busy on Thursday. Here in Mass Presidents Week is winter vacation. Can't wait to escape the winter this year.

I'll be down there Feb 16-23 and I expect it to be busy. Just follow a plan of action and use Fastpass alot and it should be allright.
