Is it still better (smarter?) to avoid parks on EMH days?

Hey everyone - longtime reader, occasional poster, avid Disney traveler here :) For the first time in years I'm starting to doubt my own plans - here's what my schedule is:

Wednesday, February 4th - arrive: No parks, just hang out at the resort (BWI).

The next three days, we need to accomplish the following "days":
  • Spend a morning at MK, then the rest of the day at Epcot
  • Spend the morning/early afternoon at Harry Potter World, then the rest of the day at Epcot *OR* go somewhere like AKL for an early dinner at Jiko before returning to Epcot or BWI for nighttime activities
  • Spend the morning at Hollywood Studios, and the rest of the day at Epcot

Here are the park hours for those days:
  • Thursday 2/5: MK has EMH in the morning, everything else is normal/closes early
  • Friday 2/6: Epcot is open to 11 PM, everything else is normal/closes early
  • Saturday 2/7: MK has night EMH til midnight and DHS has morning EMH from 8-9 AM; everything else closes normally

So - on which days would you pick each plan, and why? Thank you in advance for all your help!!!

Just responding to your initial question about EMH days.

It depends. If you are able to get up early for a morning EMH day, you can get a lot done. Also, the crowds thin out if there are late hour EMH at night.

If you are just going in the middle of the day, you're better off going to a non-EMH park.

When park hopping in involved, I have no problem taking advantage of morning EMH. I don't do evening EMH, though, due to them not really seeming to be valuable until the final hour. That said, here's what I'd do:
- On the morning that MK has morning EMH, I'd take advantage of that. I'd go to MK at 8:00 and stay there until around noon. Then I'd hop over to Epcot.

- On the morning that DHS has EMH, I'd take advantage of that, as well. Again, I'd stay until noon or so (possibly leave earlier if I didn't have a table service reservation) and head to Epcot.

- On the day that Epcot has evening EMH, I'd head to Harry Potter. I'd decide from there if I wanted to head to Epcot or just do something else. Luckily, with the evening extra magic hours, you do have the option of dinner at Jiko and lots of time still at Epcot. Epcot, by the way, is the only park I consider for evening EMHs because I can spend hours strolling World Showcase and don't care how crowded it is - I just won't ride anything if I don't want to stand in line.
