Is it still 60 plus 10?

We have reservations for June 19-25, and our dining window opened today-It won't let us book past the 60 day mark. I have been cut off from the Disney Dining phone line TWICE after holding two hour the first time and an hour and a half the second. So frustrated!-Cut off again after another hour hold!

Oh my, that is frustrating. Yes, it is 60+ length of stay. I hope you've gotten squared away, but if not, try opening your browser in incognito mode and signing in again.

How frustrating. Like the previous comment said, it is 60 days prior to first night of stay plus 10 days of your trip. My trip is June 19-25 as well. I was in the same boat as you for the first 30 minutes reservations opened up this morning. The website was buggy, so I couldn't even click on June 19th (it was greyed out). Thankfully, the issue resolved itself. I did log in and out a few times. I called Disney Dining as a precaution and was on hold for 3 hours; seems like others were having issues like us. In the meantime, I was able to make all the reservations I wanted on my own and I have a large party (22 people total). Best of luck to you! There are still plenty of dining options available last I looked a couple hours ago.

Thanks everyone-it had to do with the way our group resort reservation for a convention failed to link properly in the computer-cast member Astra answered the phone about 4 and didn't hang up! We are all set! As someone who has made dining reservations multiple times in the past several years, this blew me away! It only took 11 hours, but hey, its worth it!

I spent and hour and a half with Disney internet support actually talking and not on hold today. The nicest cast member, Devonne, could not fix my issue nor could his supervisor, but I got an email saying they hoped it would be cleared up in a couple of days! Although my days to book dining show "blue" on the initial booking page, they switch to "gray" on the individual restaurant page and no one can figure out why- Meanwhile I can't add or modify dining reservations over 60 days out. But I feel validated that it wasn't just me doing something incorrectly-

That's still a bummer. That 60+ window is so important right now with dining filling up so fast. We're you saying yesterday though that you were able to get your dining plans set over the phone though?

I was able to get most of the restaurants (the exception being Beaches and Cream) but not at ideal times, by spending from 7am-430pm on the phone with Disney dining! I was cut off three times after waiting a couple of hours each time! I was using my landline, and even had the extra phone off the hook so I wouldn't accidently cut them off! I hope to keep tweeking and checking. Scary thing is, if this issue isn't resolved in the next five days there is no way for me to know if it was resolved-we are booked through June 25. I will be so stressed next time we book thinking the same thing will happen and they haven't fixed it! I got a very contrite email from tech support's response to my email-telling me to delete the app and download it again and try using my phone plan's data and not wi-fi-apparently they overlooked the part where this was happening on the app and website, for not only me but my daughter who was helping me, who was using a different browser. Disney needs to seriously up their tech game! As my grands get older, the trip we took to Universal last summer with the oldest one, which he loved, was so much simpler.

Disney sure knows how to make things interesting. Sorry you had to deal with that for so long. Glad you got it partially sorted. Hopefully the calendar issue gets fixed so you won't be stressed next time!

It is actually 60 plus the days at your resort. If you stay at multiple resorts during your stay, as I usually do, then you are allowed to book ADR's at 60 days at the beginning of each of those stays.

Trying to figure out how the 60 +10 thing works. I have an 8-night stay beginning on July 16. Does that mean that my window opens on May 17 (60 days before my check-in date), but I can make reservations for the entire trip at that time? Or does it mean that I can make reservations for each day of my trip 68 days in advance? In other words, I can make reservations for my first night on May 9, my second night on May 10, etc. I'm pretty sure the correct answer is the first one, since that's how the Fastpass system used to work, but I just want to make sure. The way the Disney website is phrased, it actually makes it sound more like the second one.

Also, what time can I start making reservations? Midnight? 7:00 a.m.?

Thanks for your help!

It's 60+ length of stay up to 10 nights. Any stay under 10 nights, you log in and can book for any day of your stay 60 days out. If it's more than 10 days, you can still book up the first 10 days at 60 days out, but to book the 11th or higher day, you basically have to wait til 70 days before each day, or in other words the day after your 60 days, you can book day 11, day after that can book day 12, etc.

Thanks! Can you (or anyone else) tell me what time the reservation window opens? Is it midnight? 7:00 a.m.? Some other time?
