All of our packages are being delivered to the next street over. We have the same house number, but our address is ST & there's is CT. DH spoke to the delivery driver once. He said he'd take care of it, but they delivered to the wrong address again today. This is getting old for our neighbors & us. I'm considering canceling Prime. I tried the chat feature, but all I got were useless AI replies about sending me a refund. There was no way to address the delivery issue.

Do you have the app installed on your phone and push notifications set up? Majority of the time I get a push notification that my item was delivered, ideally it includes a photo of the delivery and then asks "how was the delivery" or something to that effect. While I doubt that would ultimately solve your issue it at least could be a method to continuously give feedback related strictly to the delivery of the item rather than an issue with the item itself.

If you're getting all of your packages delivered that way it makes me think something is up with your address and how it is telling the drivers to go to because that wouldn't be a specific delivery driver issue (it would be highly coincidental to have the same Amazon driver for all of your packages). If that's the case that can happen across different delivery companies to people, even if it's not happening to you with other ones I just mean to others it's the post office that can't get their items to the correct address or UPS or FedEx, etc.

Maybe experiment with retyping your address in the system as the default address. For example since you said ST maybe spell STREET if you have it in there right now at ST. Our street is place and sometimes systems do better with Place vs PL and sometimes better with PL vs Place

I agree with the suggestion to go into your Amazon account, re-enter your address spelling out the word Street, and under “add delivery instructions “ I would also add that you live on Street, not Court and perhaps add something specific to your home like “leave by the green front door” (hoping the neighbors don’t have the same thing).

USPS, FedEx & UPS all deliver packages to our address. Amazon is the only company that takes them to the wrong address. We've had the same address in their system for 7 years. They always delivered our packages here, until this month. All of a sudden, they all started going to the other address. I'll try typing out the street instead of abbreviating it. It can't hurt, but that was never a problem before. :confused3 Thanks for the help.

Edited to correct typo.

Awesome, thanks!

Thanks, I'll try both of those suggestions.
