Is it possible to see availability at Riviera, even though I'm restricted (resale)?

I'd like to do a split stay between my home resort (BLT or Poly) and Riviera or BC or BW. I can see there is no availability for BW or BC the days I want to go but was thinking I'd rent someone's Riviera points for that portion of the stay. Is there any way for me to see RIV availability without having to ask an owner to check?

I'm under 7 months, so I could rent from anyone with eligible points.

Your account is blocked from seeing that resort so the only way is to contact an owner offering to rent eligible points and having them check.

And, a reminder to others, that we don’t allow people to post real time availability here as it changes so often that until one can book, it doesn’t really matter.

My Membership has a direct contract and resale contract, and I can see the RIV availability, just can't book with the resale points. However when I go to my other Membership with only a resale contract in it (different UY), I can't see any RIV availability.

before i got my points loaded earlier this week, i was using this tool to get an idea what to book - now comparing the two, this tool is fairly accurate. it's obviously only updating a few times a day, so it's not going to pick up changes in real time, but it should give you a really good idea.

Its accurate if you want general availability (ie, wonder what it looks like 7 months out) but not accurate if you need immediate availability (ie, need to book now).

It's a good tool to gauge general availability but it's frustrating when I get rental requests and people swear it showed available.

Just remember that things change so often that it can be misleading for some who think it’s real time. I have seen things change within minutes on the website, so I just think people should use it for nothing more than a general frame of reference.

Ultimately, the only true way is to be one there ready to book!
