I just finally found a brand of contact lenses I can wear without eye issues, and my eye dr ordered my boxes which is supposed to last me 6mo(they are monthly lenses) I have 2 very different powers in my eyes, so I got 1 box of each.

Well I put my first pair in the first week of Nov. My right eye has been fine, no issues, occasional dryness though that is normal for me. My left eye though, I am already on my 3rd lens!!! Within 3-4 days, my eye can no longer focus, and my vision is VERY dependent on that eye. I am not sitting at work, with only one lens in. I can see up close without issue, its distance that its blurry.

Do you think I got a bad batch of contacts? Is that even possible? I even went out and bought that new solution, and while my right eye loves it, my left is still all messed up, and I am afraid I am going to have to open my 4th lens now...

I have saved all the other "defective" lenses in a older case...just not sure what to do with them..

They may be defective or they may be the wrong prescription. I would call your eye dr and let him know what is going on.

Like anything else that's manufactured and sold, something could go wrong. Unfortunately contact lenses aren't exempt from that, lol. There could be a bad batch, wrong Rx put in the box, etc. Call your doctor.

I understand the bad RX...but the thing is I can see out of them...for the first day or so, they are fine...I am wondering if they a bad cut or something...this is just horrible.
