Is it possible to transfer one leg of a one way ticket to someone else? If it is how much does it cost? I checke the Delta website and couldn't find an answer then I called and was on hold for 22 minutes and my phoine died, so I came here. Has anyone had to do this? TIA!

No, period. Even if you cancel and rebook the ticket, Delta will allow ONLY the original ticket-holder to use the changed/replacement ticket.
