Nor will you  But hopefully we can meet up at Le Lodge one of these days.

Who's who?!!! :rotfl:

Kimmar can be the slender one on the right princess:

If, by chance, you eat half of your ZDs before you take a picture, there is only one thing you must do. Purchase another order of ZDs! :lmao: No one wants to look at a plate half full of Zebra Domes. ;)

:rotfl: Yeah. For the sake of the photo, buy another sleeve o' domes :lmao:

Hey to you, johnsonet :wave2: Thanks for your reply. Hopefully I'll get some Sanaa feedback. We're thrilled to have another trip planned. I think my DH agreed just so he could go to Boma for breakfast. :cloud9:

Oh, man - I know how your hubby feels. Breakfast at Boma really is fabulous, isn't it. Now I'm hungry!!
I did a Google search of Sanaa views at night and the one thing I found was a man saying he'd had dinner there and that you would NOT be able to see the animals at night from inside the restaurant. I have no idea whether you can trust that info :surfweb: But you know what? Since you're staying at the Lodge and will have plenty of opportunities to see the animals - maybe even walk over a bit early that evening to see Pembe from the overlook - I wouldn't worry about it. I bet the restaurant will be very festive at night no matter what.

Hi Diana! How's the training going? :wave2:

:)

Hi Leanne:)

Training is going good NOW...lol..Put it off though for a bit:rolleyes1
I work better under pressure and not long term...
Thanks so much for asking!! I am getting excited and nervous and hoping for an evening without humidity! Who am I kidding...in Florida?!

Happy to hear about YOUR trip:goodvibes I hope you have a magical trip!:wizard:

Your response reminded me of a great Sanaa story that RachelTori has...:lmao:

I loved Sanaa...great spot...great viewing....however, there werent many items on the menu (for me) that I was crazy about! Maybe it was the bar that I preferred....:rotfl:

Yep, bar was fun!!! :rotfl:

My Sanaa story has to do with zebras; it wasn't pretty; the image is forever etched in my mind () and I'll just leave it at that!!!

Love it!!!! :lmao:

I was able to book at our 11mth window and got my AK Value Studio:cool1: I just have to keep calling back each day to add but now my plan will work. We can spend 2 weeks at Disney next summer :cool1::love::dance3::woohoo:

Thanks for the link John's Mom. :goodvibes My DH and I are both fans of Indian food, so I'm sure that we will love Sanaa.

johnsonet, your advice to walk over early is exactly what we'll probably do since we've never seen Kidani.

The artwork in the lobby and corridors of Kidani is amazing. :goodvibes

Make sure you take a walk to the Kidani pool. It's really nice. And just beyond it, is the look-out on Pembe Savanna where the Okapi and Nyala are located. :cloud9:

Sanaa looks out on the Sunset Savanna, which is usually full of activity. Make sure you get out on the overlook there. Usually a fire going in the pit in the evening and a guide telling stories (like at Jambo! :))

Love it!!!! :lmao:

We are staying at the AKL-KV 9/12-9/17 for my son's 3rd birthday.

We would like to have the room decorated with banners, balloons, cake on arrival. Is that possible, and if so, who would i discuss this with to arrange it? Better to order the cake separately through private dining?

Also, what would be the best location to request for room (two bedroom savannah view is what we have booked) so that my son will have the best view of animals, but also close to the pool for my wife.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

:rotfl2: thats an awesome idea:thumbsup2
