Ok, here's how todays interview went...I misunderstood the way things work w/agencies:headache: I assume because they sent me all the paperwork:health insurance, etc that it was a done deal. Well, if it was a temp position, he could hire me on the spot and I could start right away. Because it's a permanant position, I still have to go though the interview and waiting process. First he talks to the company and tries to ''sell'' me to them, hopes my resume dazzles them, lol, etc. Then IF they want to meet me, I have to interview first w/the manager, then if he/she wants to hire me, I'd have to interview w/the owner. This can take weeks as the manager is on vacation for another week and a half. So the guy at the agency told me to call him on Tuesday for an update.
So I still may get the job, just not as fast as I thought. So please keep crossing your fingers for me. The money is excellent and it's maybe a 15 min drive from my house:woohoo: Love short commutes!

...off-topic, but my DS and I have been working on a recipe for meatloaf and we came up with THIS:

CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs chopped beef
5 or 6 strips bacon, chopped
1 c. breadcrumbs
2 eggs
3 T. milk
2 T. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 small onion, finely minced
1-1/2 t. salt
3/4 t. pepper
2 T. ketchup
1 cup sharp cheddar (I use jalapeno cheddar to 'kick it UP a notch' !)
Topping
3 T. ketchup
2 T. dijon mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. brown sugar

Saute` bacon until slightly cooked (not crispy). Drain and add to meat. Add and mix remaining ingredients to meat, one at a time. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow pan. Combine topping ingredients and spoon over loaf. Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
