i don't think Americans hate Megan like the Brits seem to... after all she is an American. The British press has viewed her as an outsider and an interloper to their precious institution. Many Americans are like "Hell ya grrrl, go shake up those stuffy repressed Royals... you know how to really freak them out? Open your own car door".

Densely populated, endless traffic, add in the occasional smog and wildfires, LA is a unique choice.
Idyllic Frogmore Cottage seems like it would an easier place to live their quiet stepped back life.

In all honesty I’m not sure why they would head to LA at this time when it is one of the hottest areas in the US for Covid19. Supposedly one of the reasons they left Archie in Canada when they traveled to the UK earlier this month was coronavirus. Reports say they were in a rush to get here before the borders closed.

Endless sunshine, perfect weather, healthy lifestyles...come on. Pros and cons to everywhere. I live in the NE where people could easily question my sanity for all the snow. But I grew up here and am used to it, just like Meghan grew up in Southern California.
