We own at VWl(through Disney) and at OKW(through a resale) our resale was 190pts at $61and change/pt - I often check out resale listings - now more for curiosity as we are not looking to buy anymore points - but I have noticed that the asking price for most properties has gone up - some a couple of dollars some more than that/pt. I wonder if its because the price/pt is going up soon through Disney itself? Glad we bought our resale (and ourVWL)pts when we did

You have observed correctly. All prices have gone up since DVC started (some resorts more than others). Although I thinks its nice that this has occured, I still don't count on this to continue. I am not saying it won't, I just not counting on it. It all supply and demand.
