Is it me or Disney?

Ok, am I the only one who gets extremely vague answers from Disney? I have emailed them on two seperate occasions so far, and both times the response was basically a summary of my question...HELLO!! I need you do ANSWER my question, not tell me what i already know (and stated that i knew)... sorry, just had to vent that... So am i the only one who gets that? :badpc:
 
Nope, you aren't the only one! I've found that alot of companies are doing that now.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone yesterday trying to get an answer that could have taken 2 minutes. First I emailed americangreetings.com with the question, they sent me a response that had almost nothing to do with my question and told me to call the 1-800#. The woman I talked to was really nice but I didn't need to talk to her and be put on hold for a total of 30 minutes!
 
I'm glad im not the only one! At least you got an answer...why does everyone feel the need to be so automatic? Customer service has all but disappeared, companies are run by accountants who only care about numbers, no more loyalty... I wonder what things will be like in ten or fifteen years... you think its hard to talk to a real person now! :sad2:
