It mostly just sounds dumb. It's not not funny or creative and will only reflect poorly on the pranksters.

I would ask Hubby and friends if they would find it funny if something like that was pulled on them?

We all have something about us that bothers someone & to make a joke about it in front of a lot of people is cruel & juvenile.

I think it is tasteless and I think the worse part of it for the wife to go along with it. In a way I think she is degrading herself and making a "joke" out of something serious. I think there are so many pranks they could have done to try and loosen the guy up but that is just stupid!!

You know this IS an actual disorder. It's not just some thing people made up so that others can joke about. It can actually be very frustarating at times to people who have it.
