Is it difficult to sneak a guest into a disney hotel?

Now now people be nice, we are suppose to be giving good advice and not jumping on people that do not know the rules here.

We can inform others without being so quick to judge.

I agree. I'm sure that the OP did not post here and intend to fuel any flames. Why don't we try to provide some information not villify and name call. I feel like I am back in high school with some of you folks! YIKES!

Yes, but they could have done much better. I posted this recently to a similar thread...

If I was going to try and get a rise out of people on this board, I'd ask the following questions:

1. Is there any secret entrance to the MK where I can sneak in without paying? Can our family hide out overnight at Tom Sawyer's Island and be the first in line at Space Mountain the next day?

2. My 6 year old is really short and I am going to shove him into a stroller and pass him off as under 3 so I don't have to buy a ticket. Will they try to check his age?

3. Also, due to his heart condition, he is shorter than most kids. He is 2 inches too short to go on Mission Space. How many park maps must I put inside his shoes to make him the right height?

4. The MK reminds me of my local fireman's fair. I've heard that US/IOA is soooo much better. Any comments?

people who put this much thought into it have WAY too much time on their hands. ita with mermaid ariel on this one. the op had their minds made up!

I just wanted to post because these things are locked up before I usually get a chance. The OP is just asking a question, calm down. It seems as if the right thing to do is let whoever tackles it forst state Disney's policy and then let the post die. Why do we have to attack parenting skills and say what we would or would not want to do on vacation. Let'em do what they want and let Disney handle it. If it still bothers you, my mom had a few words to describe that...self-righteous busybodies. I have seen a lot of people leave the DIS after being attacked after making just a few posts. I could see myself asking some of the same things if I were new to this, remember you all weren't born with mouse ears!

Kapoof, Come on now, anyone who has more than say 605 posts on these boards has too much time on their hands.

This was the questions that was ask by the op and I see no where that they had their minds made up. Just someone who doesn't know how DW operates.

Looks like my sister will be joining our family in our room and we can't seem to add her to our reservation. (Room only fits four - but we two younger kids that won't even use the bed).

As everyone here has stated if you cannot add her to your reservations then she would not be able to stay with your family.
I would try and persuade Disney Booking to solve this problem and find a resort that allows 5 in a room.

Do they restrict and monitor guests who enter the hotel?

Yes!

Are we going to have a problem?

The problem would start with your sister not having a room key and go from there, ie...DDP, no transportation, park, or park hopper tickets, etc.etc, etc

remember you all weren't born with mouse ears!

It's not about Disney. It's about breaking the rules that were clearly stated to her. I guarentee you for the same reason that's compelling the OP to skirt the rules and bring her sister are the people who push your family to the side to get a better view of the parade because they "paid all this money" and should be able to do what they want on vacation.

Wow some people are SO fast to jump others.

I agree, that the rules are the rules & so be it. But the nasty comments really have no place here.

Cant people answer a question without attacking others?

Maybe the poster is new to Disney. Maybe the poster is looking to get a rise out of people. But there is no need to be nasty.

How much bigger is a room that fits 5 people vs a room that fits 4?

We have stayed in a room with 5 people both times we have gone, once at ASM my dd stayed in pack n play and at the CBR and dd stayed in pack n play.

To be honest the room sized weren't much different, in know they are both for 4 people max, but paying the extra money for a little more square footage and a pool with a water slide IMO I don't think it was worth the extra $.

Say goodbye to this thread. The rules have been posted. The DIS does not promote the breaking of Disney rules.

Well, he who has not sinned cast the first stone. I guess I will be one of the ones who step back, because I know I am not without any sin. Lets just give constructive advice. The poster who stated to move to another resort had a great idea.
