Is Inside Out 2 already released on a digital copy?

I keep seeing commercials for Inside Out 2's digital release and I'm curious to know if it was released on digital already now? Does this also mean we will see a streaming date for Inside Out 2's debut on Disney+?

Around September 10th is the DVD release, so Disney+ won't get it until late fall/winter.
