Is HRH a Loew's Hotel or just PBH?

Is the HRH a Loew's hotel and if so if you are a Loew's member are you able to get space available upgrades? I dont't think the HRH is part of that chain.

Yes, the HRH is part of the Loew's chain. All the Loew's benefits are available at both HRH and Portofino.
