Is going to Disneyland for Mardi Gras worth it?

I've never been to Disneyland for Mardi Gras and was wondering if it's worth it given that they seem to have cut back on the event in recent years. I was at the parks for a weekend of the Lunar New Year event and plan to be around next month for the new parade and Food & Wine.

I can't seem to find info about the shows on the website so I was wondering if they have it this year and if it's any good. I was also wondering if they usually have exclusive character greetings such as Prince Naveen, Louis the Alligator, Mickey + friends in Mardi Gras outfits, etc. Tiana is not really special so there's no need to visit during Mardi Gras for her unless she is wearing different clothes (and I don't mean the extra coat that princesses wear in cold weather).

I'm not going to make a trip out just for shows that don't involve characters or food/merchandise so the things in Downtown Disney aren't really relevant for me.

Here is a thread from 2017 asking the same question: Mardi Gras?? I know that the Jazz Kitchen in DTD does a special menu every year for Mardi Gras (they are the only place I know that has something special every year), but I don't know about any special character costumes and haven't yet heard about anything going on in the parks this year. Here is a post from last year about special food in the park: https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2019...ans-french-market-and-blue-bayou/#more-226532
