I know it was broken on and off during parts of 2008. Anyone been recently and experience the revolving? We're eating there this weekend (!) and that part is a highlight of eating there for my DS. Thanks!

Haven't eaten there yet this year, but it was turning in late 2008.

When we were there the first week of January it wasn't turning. The restaurant wasn't open at the time, but I don't know if that was the reason.

I dont think it revolves when it is not open.

It was working in November.

Honestly, if you book an ADR there now just consider it pixie dust if you find that it turns. Only dinner is a character meal now and it gets good reviews for the interaction. The fixed menu isn't a goo choice for us for that price, but lots of people like the food too.

We are going there next Wednesday. I'll have to let you know!
Never been before but DD wants to see Chip and Dale. I hope they are there too.

We ate there on the 14th Dec and it wasn't turning. But it was a great meal and is now our favourite character meal.:thumbsup2

Totally disagree. It's one of the features of the restaurant, built into the concept, not "pixie dust". I wouldn't have booked it - a restaurant we've been to often - if there wasn't a good chance it was running and, if it's not, we probably won't return because the value is diminished for my sons. The food is just ok.

We'll be eating there on Sunday and I can report back when we return!

Based on what I've been reading on the boards, this place has not rotated in about 3 months or so. Even within this thread so far it hasn't turned in the last month. I call it pixie dust because that would mean it got "fixed" just before your trip.

Good luck!

Is it now a fixed menu? I thought it was family style of several offered items.
I have never been there and was considering it for our next trip in April. How would you rate the food compared to other character meals (based only on food...not character interaction)
Thanks
Kim

By fixed I mean not a buffet, more limited but is still all you care to eat.
